How the Mentorship Process Works
The PMI CWCC Mentorship Program follows a well-defined process to ensure productive and meaningful mentor-protégé relationships. The program begins with a matching workshop, where participants meet potential partners and outline their goals and expectations. Once matched, Mentor-Protégé pairs engage in regular, objective-driven meetings over eight months to work on professional growth, career planning, and project management challenges.
Intakes are scheduled in May.
Program participants must complete a profile (30-60 minutes) outlining their goals and partnership criteria. This information will be used for pairings before the matching workshop.
Program participants will attend the workshop to meet potential mentors or protégés for 5-10 minutes each. Profiles and goals will be shared via bios and worksheets. Attendance is crucial; missing the workshop may limit opportunities to connect with unpaired participants. PDUs awarded: 12 Course Identifier and PDU Claim Code: Distributed to participants after the Mentoring Session.
